Regis Minet Wine
Regis Minet produces a number of cuvees of Pouilly Fme. The two selected were produced from vines of some 25-35 years of age which are grown on terroir of kimmeridgean clay and coquillage. All fermentation and maturation takes place in stainless steel. The wines are fermented on their lees at a temperature of 18 to 20 degrees.
