In today’s market, the basic Prosecco represents excellent value, with a super balance. It possesses lovely ripe, floral aromas with peach and apple fruits on the palate, a fine but persistent mousse, vibrant balance of acidity and a refreshingly clean finish. The Rosato is made from 100% Merlot with scents of lovely wild red berries, with a gentle herbaceous note which accentuates over time. Refreshing and elegant, with good structure and balance between acidity and sugar.
