Free Returns
Don't worry if you need to return something - we will happily accept any returns within 30 DAYS, and if you're in the UK we will even give you a voucher to use against your next order to cover your postage costs.
If you do need to return anything please call us on 0115 911 0555 first to arrange.
Whilst we do everything we possibly can to ensure your order will arrive with you in perfect condition, there are occassions when one of the many forces of nature can interceed (usually gravity) and undo all our hard work. If you are at all unhappy we will of course immediately make an exchange or give you a full refund.
We are human and at the end of a telephone so don't feel you have to search the site for an address or name of a person to write to, just call us. Our number is 0115 911 0555.
For cigar and tobacco orders, if they don't reach you in perfect smoking condition - i.e not dried to the bone - please contact us immediately and we will resend your order together with postage and packing to send the damaged goods back to us. This allows us to shoot the messenger - usually the carrier or post office!
If you would like a full refund please send back the offending item and we will credit your card.
