Our wines are dispatched directly from a temperature controlled warehouse and deliveries are carried out by specialist wine couriers, London City Bond.

Wine deliveries normally take one or two working days after dispatch, but can take longer for remote areas of the UK. They can be delivered to a neighbours address or left in a specific safe place around your home if you are out. Your wine can also be delivered to an alternative address such as a work address; just give us seperate delivery and billing addresses at the checkout.

Tasting notes
No exact tasting note but this is Olivier’s assessment prior to bottling. ‘I still do not know the final balance, but I suspect that the finished alcohol level is below 8% and the residual sugar must be well above 300g/l. The nose is still quite influenced by the recent fermentation, but already shows strong white fruit flavours (pears, ripe apples, peach) and apricots. The acidity, quite sharp, manages to control the huge sweetness. Waring, this is a rich wine, but it has a wonderful delicate feel.’
